HISTORY

••••••••••••••••

The Tabletop Grapes journey began when Gino and Elina Garreffa followed their passion to be on the land, both leaving their professional positions to pursue full-time work in agriculture.

In 1972, they bought their first property in Mildura, in far northwest Victoria, known for its abundant sunshine, rich red loam soil and irrigated water from the Murray River.

Wanting dried fruit that was rich in its true, natural flavour, the family developed a unique method that produces exactly that, a premium tasting product that is 100% chemical-free dried and delicious.

In 1978, the family started growing premium table grapes and were one of the first families to export internationally.

40 years later, Tabletop Grapes are proudly multiple award-winning producers with their fruit recognised for its premium quality across the world

VINCOTTO

••••••••••••••••••

Vincotto is a rich Italian condiment, made to be used in fruit mince tarts called San Martini, in celebration of the saint’s feast day and Christmas. Handed down over generations, Elina’s traditional family recipe is made from our late season specially selected fruit.

Add an extra dimension to your food by simply splashing this Vincotto into fruit tarts, on stewed fruit, tossed through salads or simply sip slowly for a unique tasting experience. Make it an essential ingredient in your pantry.

TESTIMONIALS

••••••••••••••••••

Your sultanas and muscatels are totally superior to anything else on the market – for flavour, appearance, lack of additives such as oil – they are brilliant. I do hope that your company is having the success it richly deserves, as I look forward to purchasing your products for many years to come. ”

I’ve been a sultana lover all my life, and I’m always on the hunt for good sultanas. I’d just like to let you know that these are THE BEST SULTANAS I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! juicy, flavoursome, free from colourings and preservatives and so totally delicious! since “discovering” your sultanas I am NEVER without them. As soon as the packet gets low I stock up on another packet and I sometimes have two going at the one time as I don’t want to be without them.

I hope you take visitors to your farm because one day I’d love to come and see it!

Thanks so much for your truly wonderful products.

How nice it is to taste REAL flavours and REAL quality products. The Sunmuscats are to die for and the Muscatel Clusters remind me of the many I shared with my Dad all those years ago. I still have the Natural Sultanas and Black Muscats to try! Tabletop Grapes are the goods and if you are looking for something special and worth every cent you pay for, then visit their website or give them a call.

If I may paraphrase Christina from The Hotplate – “Your palette will love them”

Thanks to everyone at Tabletop Grapes and keep up the great work.
